Your chat

The file you upload is read and analyzed in your browser. It is never sent to any server, ours included, and we don’t store it.

The result is kept only in that tab’s memory (sessionStorage) so a reload doesn’t lose it. It’s deleted when you close the tab.

Fonts are served from our own domain: nothing is requested from Google Fonts or other third parties.

Usage statistics (Google Analytics)

If you accept cookies, we use Google Analytics 4 to count visits and see which steps people use (e.g. “someone picked couple mode” or “the score was between 70 and 79”). We never send names, file names, messages or anything from the chat.

If you reject, Google Analytics isn’t loaded and nothing is sent.

Google’s advertising features (Google signals, ad personalisation) are turned off. Google Ireland Ltd. and Google LLC may process this data outside the EEA under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. Legal basis: your consent (GDPR art. 6(1)(a) and Spanish LSSI art. 22).

Your rights

You can withdraw consent at any time from the “Cookies” link in the footer. You have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability, and can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).

Anonymous counting (no cookies)

To know how many people use Mutuo even when they decline cookies, we count daily totals on our own server — e.g. “41 analyses in couple mode today”. It uses no cookies and stores nothing on your device, and we don’t keep your IP or any identifier: it’s impossible to tell what any one person did. The data never leaves mutuo.chat.

If your browser sends “Do Not Track” or “Global Privacy Control”, we don’t count your visits. You can also turn it off here (remembered in this browser):
